We offer free shipping on orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.

Warm Weather Shipping

Tallow cream may soften during shipping in warm weather. If this happens, place the jar in a cool room or refrigerator until firm. Texture changes from heat do not mean the product is ruined.

Returns

Because this is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns on opened jars. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
